You Are You Ministry is a faith-based Recovery Residence Program serving women who are ready to reclaim their lives from the grip of substance use disorder. Located in Smyrna, Tennessee, our ministry is a safe haven—a place of rest, restoration, and spiritual renewal.
We believe that healing begins with identity—learning to love yourself, believe in your worth, and embrace who God created you to be. Our program provides not only a structured, supportive environment for recovery, but also the tools to rediscover hope, purpose, and dignity through faith and community.
Our Belief
We believe recovery is possible—not just from addiction, but from shame, trauma, fear, and the lies that hold women back. Through faith, structure, and connection, we help women reclaim their lives and step into the future God has planned for them.
